What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
This story and setting felt like such a hilarious mismatch that it worked brilliantly.
Humour is great, writing and voice acting is great, the music is great too.
Because of this structure, the game encourages replayability, inviting players to revisit earlier scenes and explore alternative outcomes.
Lovely art style, nice sound design (VOs are quite decent but not all of it felt on point to me, even though I did enjoy it as a whole; YMMV), a solid narrative and overall, well polished (did not encounter any issues during my run).
The UI making itself more accessible is also a plus, bigger subtitles, a button that shows what you can interact with, an easy mode that doesn't penalise you for playing on the easy mode.
