A kickass heartfelt RPG with surprisingly clean comedy and an extremely metal ending sequence!
Typically, RPGs will either be most engaging in combat's turn-to-turn decisions or they'll put all the engagement in your party-building out of combat with combat itself being the execution of what you've built.
But they did a great job making the OST and music and SFX so fun and cool.
It's a roughly ~30-37 hours RPG battler (maybe short by RPG standards), but as Jeff the NPC in-game tries to point out, "a game requires an appropriate level of complexity to complement it's length, otherwise the gameplay would outstay its' welcome".
The art style is cartoonish in its look and really fits the light-hearted atmosphere and silly jokes that the game is going for.
-Runs like a dream on the Steam Deck!
