Devs adding true controller support soon ( I used Joy2Key for now ) and they're adding dual stick controls - which will greatly improve the gameplay.
The game is perfectly playable in English, you won't follow the story but TouHou games have pointless stories so it doesn't matter.
Love the soundtrack, as well!
