If you value a good story - you will probably like Drifter.
Yes, it's stylish, atmosphere is great (and brilliant voice acting adds a lot to that), but scenes often blend together visually in a grey-brown mush, which makes them difficult to scan.
I like the art style, and I like what they did to adapt a point-and-click interface into a circular action-wheel thing you can use with controller joysticks.
It is structured like a season of television, with nine chapters, each offering around an hour of gameplay.
I played this on the Steam Deck for a bit to check out the controller support and I was pretty blown away by the interface design and controls.
If you don't usually play point & click adventures because you find them boring - then you should definitely consider this game (especially using controller).
