It took the most boring school subjects and made them both fun and relevant, the difficulty curve is perfectly balanced, and the whole thing is tightly held together by an emotional and tear-jerking story.
The replayability factor was kind of underwhelming, but the story is long so that's easy to gloss over.
From the top notch graphics to it's entertaining and educational properties, every aspect of the game is refined with such time and care its impossible to not appreciate the fact that we are here today to be able to experience it.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
No themes split opinion in this sample.
No recurring complaints surfaced in this sample.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 2 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
