It's always best to have people of the same skill level to play against and having some friends to play the game alongside you will greatly improve your experience with the game

Buttons have weight to them, grounded movement feels very responsive, great visuals, and combos are very flashy while not being too hard to execute

It feels like enough content you'd expect for me and the character roster is good and varied.

This is also the easiest to approach fighting game I've ever played in terms of execution, since you don't even need to do motion inputs, and creating combos from normals/specials is very easy with every character (but there is still a high skill ceiling for mastering it - especially once you start playing around with the MP conversion system - and it can take a long time to git gud).
