What players think
The recurring themes across 52 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
The amount of content is impressive - tons of maps, multiple game modes (deathmatch, co-op, gauntlet), and a well-designed tutorial that actually teaches you the mechanics properly.
There are so many maps, destructible environments and weapons it can seem daunting at first, however the devs put an encyclopedia in game that explains everything really well, characters, using remote play, what the weapons do etc.
Overall the game has a lot of potential in multiplayer enjoyment with friends and though the single-player is limited, it's still fun.
Controls are buttery smooth on both keyboard/mouse and controller, though I personally prefer controller for that classic couch gaming feel.
