Other games run way better at 5x the frame rate with better visuals.

Multiplayer and singleplayer were unified – you could be playing some Offroad events, jump into a friend’s lobby, and go do some drift racing and event grinding, all without sacrificing progression.

Despite some obvious flaws — a story that wraps up in 2-3 hours at most, a weak soundtrack, and lousy car handling (though compared to Payback, it does give a bit of a challenge) — the game manages to create an atmosphere that really got to me.

This game has very good graphics and optimization and a very fun to play game with friends and do a lot of nice races!

With a keyboard and mouse, it's not quite as clear-cut, but this is NFS: in almost any modern NFS game, cornering is done effectively mostly through drifting, and drifting is much more convenient to control specifically with a gamepad.
