What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
It has good tension, fine enough story, and is overall pretty good.
The sound design does as much work as the visuals in shaping the experience: the hum of the refrigerators, the quiet jingling of the door chime, and the occasional distant thunder or rustling wind contribute to an atmosphere that’s heavy with anticipation.
Sound design is great, but a little simple - engine sounds start and cut a bit too abruptly, and the elevator music in the convenience store is not particularly memorable, although it does serve its purpose.
