What players think
The recurring themes across 94 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
The three main bosses of the game have very distinct themes and combat mechanics, and are an enjoyable challenge.
Sentimental K is an enjoyable action rougelike with nice visuals and smooth gameplay.
The graphics and visuals are stunning for this kind of indie game, and also very well complished the character design.
Not only is the difficulty on sliding-scale that's very gentle & understanding for the early portions of every playthrough (long enough for you to appreciate the entire gameplay loop of Sentimental K), but it equally feels like a Bullet-Hell game that rewards you for your 'control', quick reflexes, & movement mechanics of an Top-down FPS Touhou.
