Note for Oculus Rift users, after using Oculus Tray Tool and setting default super sampling to 1.9 as recommended elsewhere the graphics improved and most stuttering went away.
Totally awesome experience, and I get solid 90 fps using Index res 200% with my oc'ed GTX 1080.
