the game is really short. the story is like 10 hours.
the gameplay is so fun once you get used to it, the story's quality actually surprised me as I mainly just bought it for the gameplay but it ended up getting me super invested, the maps are well made and actually fun to traverse (but there are teleport points for if you are impatient or trying to get somewhere quickly), and there is a LOT of things to collect which help drag out your play time a little.
It has a banger soundtrack, fun characters Team Reptile's, at this stage iconic, look.
The art direction, graphics, and animations are excellent and bring a vibrate flavor to the platforming action the game has to offer.
it has a nice difficulty curve that keeps it challenging as you improve, and returning to previous levels with more skill opens up the world brilliantly!
I reccomened waiting for their prequel game Hyperfunk which will add multiplayer and a way to earn more speed, and if you do finish the game I highly reccomend modding the game which is the main reason why I baught this game the second time... well this and it being my favourite game oat.
