What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Audio is masterfully produced, everything is voice acted to perfection. puzzles are all well thought out, and the story is very cute, funny and engaging.
Outside of great character art and protagonist voice acting, I didn't personally find it to stand out or fail in any notable way - though some may be bothered by the mandatory card game and occasional controller support issues.
The graphics are lush, and while in line with some of the more colorful PnCs out there with that cartoonish vibe, the attention to detail is a bit more on point.
Gameplay is point and click, but the controls are not stiff, and it’s offered with a more isometric POV, with the freedom of movement you’d expect from such.
The puzzles were a perfect difficulty, not too hard, not too easy.
Puzzles are fun and they all make sense and the controller support works great.
