What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Some of the characters, who were mostly on the sideline in the original story, have new story arcs (*cough cough* Haru) and the story is overall great.
The soundtrack is amazing, some of the jail themes are insanely good (Anti Hero and Counterfeit Phantom are my personal favourites) and the gameplay is really fun.
After 40-ish hours of playtime, the game refused to accept my Xbox controller and never really accepted it again without using an adapter as a workaround, and fiddling with Steam Input/Big Picture didn‘t help in my case, neither did rolling back my OS.
Between my PC and my Steam deck i feel like it runs smoother on the Deck, but it requires a lot of tweaking and changing proton version on the Deck just for it to boot (im not holding this against it as it isnt listed as verified or playable on the deck at all).
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
