What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Every screenshot from the game looks like a print, and the story advances through a mix of cutscenes and comic book panels.
+ combat and controls feel polished and responsive. the "weapon stealing" mechanic is quite enjoyable and interesting to play. increasing the diversity of combat gameplay by a lot.
What I loved most about this game is the amazing art style, the setting, the atmosphere, and the music.
+ soundtrack is decent. it's always a pleasure listening to those traditional asian instruments.
The combat is well-made in this game, along with good controls (I played with the Xbox gamepad).
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 4 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
