Therefore, I was pleasantly surprised to find a campaign that consistently gave context to the progression and made every new championship feel meaningful.
The visuals are another area where I think Turbo Sloths punches well above its weight.
At its core, Turbo Sloths is a combat racer, and I think it absolutely succeeds in delivering a satisfying blend of chaotic vehicular combat and high-speed racing.
I enjoyed the music/sound design too, but it doesn't stand out all that much compared to other aspects.
The story here is actually pretty good for a racing game, especially an indie combat racer.
