What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
The characters don't have any personality at all, although they have a good foundation for their various mechanics.
Another addition is the fun pixel art style and the ramped up difficulty of your choosing.
Pros: beautiful art style, plays well on controller/steam deck, module unlocks and some meta progression and character unlocks to grind for.
Being able to swap modules mid combat (under certain circumstances) also adds to that enjoyment.
Great implementation of a tinkering-centered "deck" building with an amazing character design both in terms of visuals and their abilities — all of them are unique, and what's most important, all are fun to play
The sound design is very nice and the art style makes the game feel timeless.
