What players think
The recurring themes across 207 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
But it certainly is an on-rails story experience infinitely more then anything, so I'd advise acknowledging this beforehand if that's an issue for you.
Without spoilers, the game play can be quite interesting with mechanics which i'd never see in other games, such as going as little as being able to turn on the sink taps although they have no fundamentals to the objective, or being able to play darts.
It’s a shame, because the game is genuinely beautiful, with well-drawn environments and good voice acting.
It's got a charming art style that is well executed, and the game is really atmospheric.
The voice acting is satisfying and gripping, as well as the character design.
Special mention must be made for the awesome accessibility options, great attention to detail here.
