This, coupled with the casual nature of the gameplay ends up making you feel like how far you make it in a run is dictated almost entirely by luck and where you are in meta-progression.
If you like PvZ and want something similar with an upgrade system with a bit more difficulty, this game is probably good for you, (Keep in mind I'm still only at CH.2 at the time of writing this review.) Much love to the devs!
The art style is clear and readable, which is essential for tracking multiple lanes and units, but it lacks a distinctive flair.
