What players think

To get into the gameplay, I do like how the class and stat systems allow for a decently diverse way of building your character.
My personal favorite is a Vampire that focuses on magic and melee, especially if you use one of the blood spells that increases your speed.
In general, too, I think this sense of mystique and wonder is what elevates the game primarily; the lore and interactions with the characters are good in their own right, but I think that their penchant for reinforcing this sense is what makes them truly shine.
The soundtrack is so good that I sometimes leave the game on while doing something else, especially in Wing's Rest.
The graphics are low-poly but polished, and the creature and character design is lots of fun.
More of these massive difficulty spike enemies in secret areas would be nice, especially when they’re not too spongey and can be beaten early game with practice
