Manually selecting skills can seem overwhelming because combat can feel pretty hectic, but pausing and seeing what skills are actually killing you can go a long way as well.
I'll preface this by saying I am not at all typically interested in first-person dungeon crawlers, but Path of the Abyss has this perfect combination of world/dungeon design and game mechanics that really keeps me hooked.
The OST is fantastic all around mixing different genres even with the FM sound and varying instruments.
Love the art style and music, and the game isn’t hard once you figure out how to build your party and how combat works.
