What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
The greatest thing about the game, as well as what it taught me to love about the genre, is that there is no meta-progression that makes your in-game characters stronger.
Those talents boos your characters performance in various ways, some give you more food to find, some give you more damage or might make it easier to tank hits.
When the game becomes too easy, there are a bunch of challenge modes you can apply to a new run, so you can customize the difficulty quite a bit in that regard.
You can easily play this either from your keyboard alone, your mouse alone, or even both at the same time ( It even has partial controller support..
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 4 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
