What players think
The recurring themes across 218 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Some pros of the game are its good level design, the ways the movement evolves, i did enjoy the story despite its repeating nature as i only started speeding through the dialogue towards the end, and once you get used to it, the spell system is a good idea.
The normal gameplay is relatively smooth enough, combat is alright, but the map is mediocre to bad and there’s still some janky mechanics.
I like the sound/graphics, although I feel like they could have done with some additional voice-acting, particularly for cutscenes (but they may have had limited access to official voice actors for this purpose, perhaps).
It reminded me of 3D games, when the textures don’t fit properly, and you can see through the seams.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
