The concept may sound unusual at first, but the game embraces its premise wholeheartedly and transforms a traditional card game into a suspenseful narrative filled with tension, betrayal, and unexpected alliances.
Frog successfully made the poker mechanics in the game consistently fun by the following:
Soundtrack is excellent, it's so good that I have written a separate review for it on its Steam page.
Frog's art is much more traditional with simple colours and smooth textures, reminiscent of Mother, specifically Mother 3.
The gameplay loop is really fun if you want a twist on poker, and multiplayer is alright but desperately needs more than 2 players in a lobby (and more players lol).
