What players think
The recurring themes across 60 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Balancing your daily clinic budget—from hiring and transforming your own staff to running aggressive marketing campaigns and managing tricky bank loans—creates an incredibly frantic and rewarding gameplay loop.
The minigame is just challenging enough to hold attention, and even if it doesn't, there's always the auto-calibration (although for someone like me, whose motto is "satisfaction guaranteed," the best option is the minigame.) As for plot, the storylines aren't just about the art; the characters are genuinely intriguing, and the choices inspire actual tension.
