What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
The sidequests were engaging enough for me, The companion quests were for the most part pretty interesting.
Combat (Initially): The combat system feels great at first and the fight encounters are fun to play through.
I thought the RPG systems like the skill tree and gear perks were really well done, you can definitely build your character in a plethora of ways that would switch up your combat style really thoroughly.
I couldn't run it at max graphics without it stuttering, but it still looks good and runs quite smoothly at medium-ish settings.
In a game with this much content, with so much freedom of character customization, I don't understand why they couldn't apportion enough resources to develop hats that work *with* hair.
I did sob at Solas' ending (no spoilers), so something were done right there, and of course, the voice acting was incredible as always for both of them.
