Thankfully, Bricktales succeeds with mostly flying colours in spite of its simple premise, offering a puzzle adventure that feels like a near-perfect translation of real-life LEGO builds into a series of bitesize construction challenges.
It's detailed, authentic (fully made of lego bricks) and some are paired perfectly with god rays or lighting effects.
The soundtrack complements the visual style perfectly, featuring upbeat, whimsical tunes that enhance the game’s cheerful and adventurous mood.
It ran well on the Steam Deck, but trust me, using a mouse is way easier than the trackpads
