the best part is the game is rewarding. most games you have a plateuing effect where you are scaling, never going to be killed, and GOD for the rest of the game. this game is very simplistic - ive always compared it to "thomas was alone" than i even would have "silent hill" or "amnesia". very good story, simply mechanics. story is most rewarding if you take time to review all the lore.

psychologically this game hits hard, especially if u actually stay to play for 10-30 hours and grind all endings and learn everything about the lore.

Lone Survivor is a great survival horror that takes a lot of elements from the Silent Hill series such as hard to handle combat, puzzles involving combining key items and sound design that creates a great atmosphere.
