Traverse through the smartphone and solve puzzles, meet unique characters, find bunches of collectables, and save the phone from impending "doom".
This game is fantastic, the unforgiving nature of the story progression and inability to access or create backups within a game about backing up a phone is incredibly ironic.
Backfirewall_ is a comedic first-person puzzle/adventure game with a clever premise (you're inside a smartphone and trying to help the current version of the OS prevent himself from being overwritten by an OS update) and amusing writing and voice acting.
I enjoyed the humor and setting, as well as the minimalistic graphics compared to the more complex 3D games.
Optimization needs work.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 4 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
