What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Performane was fine though, got solid 90 fps using res 500% with the Index and RTX 3090 - using highest in-game graphics setting, so you don't need a fast rig for this game - but it was also originally made for extremely slow phone gpus (like the Quest).
Furthermore, the multiplayer aspect of Blacktop Hoops VR adds an extra layer of excitement.
The game would benefit from more polygons and high-res textures.
It is super fun when it works, runs perfectly fine with good performance (both on PC but even on the Quest 3 native you can get to 90 fps / 120% resolution with the QGO app), has actually really good production values with great voice acting (which came off goofy on Youtube but is somehow well spaced in reality) and all that.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway.
