For the reasons explained below, this game is a paradise for pure role-players, but aggressive "power-gamers" -- who above all compete to win -- will find a lot of stimulating challenges while exploring the many diverse pathways to outscore everybody else.
It has a lot of content and mechanics (11 factions, 33 leaders, tons of buildings, research, spying, diplomacy, concil, high variety of units, fleet roles, faction specific mechanics, multiplayer etc.. etc..) Cons
Tutorial is short and insufficiently trains you to understand the many features ... but the in-game advice is very informative, so you can easily learn by actually playing Solo Succession.
It even has a story campaign that is fun, has some entertaining lore, and actually teaches you all the ins and outs of every faction and the game's mechanics while providing a decent challenge and a good diversity of gameplay.
Great visuals + atmospheric soundtrack -- with only 1 annoying orchestral track.
Visually and audio, I like it a lot more than the default stellaris, everything feels a lot more polished, the battles are fun to watch and the sfx are really crisp.
