Also, being able to switch weapons mid-combat to store one color while using absorb as a defensive mechanic makes one-shotting some enemies way too easy.
I enjoyed the combat enough to get all achievements, which mostly involves one-shotting every enemy in the game.
The soundtrack is a lot more listenable on it own, and a lot less penis music.
as much as the gameplay, music, and visuals have improved and are clearly showing how they can hard carry; the story in the first game was something I could dig into, get attached to characters and get somewhat emotional over.
