The writing is excellent.
Yes, it's turn-based, but unlike KotoR 1 having a really up-and-down progression, KotoR 2 allows you to spec into your desired build early and the payoffs are huge.
The visuals have aged really well for 2004, and probably has my favourite art direction of the franchise.
95% of the Story and voice acting were just as good as KOTOR 1, and the cast is, despite having a SLIGHT ‘thrown together’ feel, still pretty good and memorable for the most part, though is a LITTLE Less so than KOTOR 1.
