What players think
The recurring themes across 184 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
-The game is very unique and has a great sense of style, narrative, and originality to it.
The combat system is fun and encounters rare enough to not take away or distract from the story, especially with them being a consequence of your choices rather than something randomly thrown at you.
I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who enjoys reading, exploration, and a simple yet captivating experience.
The atmosphere, the soundtrack, the writing, the worldbuilding, the UI - all of it.
As opposed to the graphics, music aswell as general ambience are more sophisticated and their presence - or lack thereof - does pretty well at carrying the atmosphere of this weird weird place, sometimes layered or dynamic in well-fitting ways.
The puzzles are well thought and the difficulty is at a great spot.
