What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
I don't know why but I really like the atmosphere and main characters in Watchmen.
Some of the things I noticed with the Kapow engine was the brick textures on the walls having something like parallax mapping (which sort of made up for the plain levels).
Players can choose between them in solo play or join forces with a partner in local co-op, where their abilities occasionally complement one another in puzzle-solving or combat sequences.
I also noticed that as you walk on different surfaces on the ground it will play the appropriate sound effects, for example walking on a tilled floor vs wood floor then walking on a small area that has glass smashed or walking on a carpet rug.
Firstly, the game doesn't have native controller support.
Theme by theme
Every theme is scored by what reviewers actually said about it, not just whether they recommended the game.
Ranked by how many sampled reviews mention each topic. A topic sits in a column by what reviewers said about that topic; the percentage beside it is how many of them recommended the game anyway. 3 more themes were each raised by fewer than 6 sampled reviews and are not shown.
