What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
This game is literally Runescape with 0 sanity checks, it's an old school grind, except there is no balance, there never was, with every perfect set you build, you can push deeper, fight stronger enemies, find better loot, gain more stats, become stronger again and do you want to know the best part?
Related to the lore while doing the main quest, the characters you're introduced to aren't exactly cutting edge in terms of originality, but their intriguing backstories and role in the story makes them surprisingly engaging.
You might feel overwhelmed at first, as this game has a deep learning curve, but I got a lot of satisfaction from overcoming it.
If you like RPGs, pixel graphics, and endlessly scaling games, then Elin will suck you in and never let go.
