Again, I liked the ending and don't feel we need definite closure on the Mort threat, but we see so little of the world that the stakes are unclear.
That and grouping up to combo, which is a simple yet immensely satisfying mechanic that the game is built around.
This combined with the number of alternate weapons means you are never really at risk of hitting zero durability.
Enemies are varied and often unforgiving, demanding players to learn their patterns and weaknesses.
The soundtrack is one of the best things about the game; so much so that you will stay for the music, if not the game itself, as another reviewer mentioned.
