The game's standout feature is undoubtedly its phenomenal soundtrack and immersive world that feels like the cover of a metal album come to life.
I really wish i could explain it better, like i said there's no one true "great" or even fully developed aspect in the gameplay worth praising... and yet the primal part of my brain doesn't seem to mind the approach this go around.
The visuals hold up surprisingly well despite the game's age, with distinctive art direction compensating for dated graphics technology.
The main menu and credits sequence are also special and unique.
