I enjoyed how the disease is the core focus of the story, especially seeing many diverse perspectives (from affected, as well as unaffected characters) highly interested me.
I very much enjoyed the game aesthetically, the art style matches the grounded-but-fantastical premise well and the voice acting was enjoyable, with music being unobtrusive (though not standout), and all of these being in service to the text.
I just found it sad that such lovely soundtrack didn't get used more extensively throughout the game.
