I won't spoil all of the fun and the story but it is interesting.
Graphics are on par with what is expected, as are the sound effects, but they work great together to give that psychological horror vibe.
It is an isometric shooter from 1997, and the whole thing is built around fast combat, heavy weapons and a very dark sense of humour.
While the sequels are more notable for going for a little lighter more zany and satirical approach, the original POSTAL is almost dead serious (save for some rather amusing voice lines), with one of the main highlights of its more unsettling tone being the abrasive and dissonant industrial soundtrack that sounds as if someone stuck a recording device in the bowels of hell.
The atmosphere between levels is genuinely unsettling, those cutscene arts and the menu sound design alone had me uncomfortable in a way few games manage.
