What players think
The recurring themes across 47 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Its gameplay is seamless, the story-line is mysterious and eerie, and the graphics, while not hyper-realistic, effectively convey a lived-in mansion atmosphere.
A few times, solutions to problems encourage more exploration and inventory experimentation than is immediately intuitive (pay close attention to that kitchen counter!), but game-play space is very contained and can easily be completed in 1-2 hours.
Graphics are nice and add to the game, as well as the sound design.
