-Story is fascinating and well written,they paid attention to every detail of quests,that are not the classic "bring/kill x take y",but much more deep.The historical contest is not very common if not for pirate games,and there are no pirates here.
From the very efficient abilities to rewarding sound effects, the simplicity and integrity of combat play, all gives a satisfying refreshing feel.
I had owned this game for a while but rage-quit the first time I played it because I realized early on that I hadn't optimized my character and early-game decisions for the type of game I wanted to play.
I originally bought it for the Linux support but became totally immersed in the story and choices.
