What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
- Somewhat simplistic story, it was good for the SNES but might be a bit simple compared to FM3.
- The graphics are a hit or miss, the game looked great on SNES/NDS, the 3D in this one is a bit "eh".
The remake itself is really amazing though, regardless of the inherent faults of the original title Forever Entertainment have once again brought another piece of the past forward with completely new 3D graphics and a brilliant remastered soundtrack.
Controls work great on a steam deck as well as on PC.
Shoutout to my friend ThereIsNoBrittonHere for gifting me the 8bitdo ultimate controller that let me macro a accept so I can farm Arenas lol
oh yes what great fun playing this old classic i have had no bugs in all time playing.the devs are still working hard adding new free content "even adding pvp multiplayer" plays similar to xcom turn based tactics and mech building out of battles. the story and characters are fun .if your into mechs then this is a no brainer solid classic thumbs up .
