my favorite part of this game was the art. the characters and enemies were delightfully rendered and fun to watch
had this on my maybe list for a good while even after seeing some gameplay footage id been skeptical, finally decided to get it when it was on a steep discount.
i do greatly enjoy the in game art style. and the characters seemed like they would be fun in a more fleshed out game. but this one just felt hollow and empty like it was shoved out of production too early
The pixel art is charming and expressive for the most part, the OST is good but it's a bit disappointing that some of the songs you can only hear when you use a music score, which is a rare drop and once you use it you have to farm it again.
