What players think
The recurring themes across 300 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
I absolutely love Ace Combat, Project Wingman, and anything similar, however I sadly cannot say the same for this game.
Gameplay is where this game really excels, the combat is near perfect and with so much to do it's difficult to get bored of this game without pouring a considerable amount of time into it.
It has nice cel shaded jets, and not so nice ground textures.
The variety and accessibility of the missions keeps the modest length campaign engaging from beginning to end, ground assaults feel a little rough with not a lot of risk of being shot down as you descend to bomb them but air-to-air dogfights are exhilarating and incredibly well done.
