Effective setup with minimal exposition, nice tactile feel on each interaction with the drill, ramping up the tension with increasing complexity and added time pressure after letting you learn the mechanics, and the ending is perfect.
Each of the games has a surprising twist ending, and they're all well done.
Sounds and visuals are consistently good in the "crunchy retro PSX" style, which works well for indie horror games.
The voice acting is a very nice touch and very well done, and this ending is by far the weirdest.
