The story continues where the previous installment left off, keeping all the nurses we had known and including 2 new "Heroines" who will also help with our medical and sexual needs, one being the doctor in charge of the investigation with a young appearance and reduced bust as well as a new nurse of larger size and reduced intelligence that broadens the repertoire and helps to satisfy more varied tastes.
Character art is detailed and expressive, effectively conveying mood and personality, while the voice acting adds a layer of intensity that enhances key moments.
