The UI is easier to navigate, it feels slick, the Radial menu is nice if using a controller.
And there's multiplayer as well of course, with the more popular servers already starting to work on designing Dynamic Campaigns.
- The UI interface for controlling your aircraft, while not a clickable cockpit, is very friendly for those players with limited stick space or who have a hard time remembering key combinations.
- The game has tools for making missions, providing the community the ability to iterate on the gameplay in their own way, honestly a must have.
- The game is fairly well optimized in most respects, but I can occasionally experience hitching in singleplayer missions with low intensity fights, and it feels like my PC starts to chug on higher intensity missions.
The audio design is also, I would say excellent, and I am VERY picky as I have done audio design for years.
