What players think
The recurring themes across 86 analysed reviews: what players praise, what divides them, and what to know.
Fun but not hairpullingly difficult puzzles, dungeons where you get a new item you can use to unlock even more places to go, and so far each boss battle has been very interesting with unique mechanics, not just "hit the weak point 10 times" or whatever.
The color palette is perfect "game boy weird green" but with pops of color here and there and the pixel art fits perfectly for the world and story.
Good sized overworld and fun ship combat too, you can get different weapons for your ship and equip them as needed.
Draco is an excellent little game brimming with love and reverence for retro gaming, with an excellent retro-inspired soundtrack and beautiful pixel art.
The visuals and audio are very successful in evoking the GBC era Zelda games and the like.
