That being said, the guns feel pretty good and you definitely feel a sense of progression going from guns like the PPSH (a mostly inaccurate bullet hose) up to a gun like the AK with full attachments that is very accurate even when being panic sprayed.

The cool thing is that guns have attachments you can put on them and you also have to remember to clean your weapons.

The forest (the starting zone) is the only one that the layout generally stays the same, tho loot changes and mob placement is semi random, otherwise all the rest are random and very different every time which is great and they get bigger and tougher as you progress the story, keeps it very fresh.

This game even on low graphics is beautiful from the games mechanics to its fear factor to its maps and different enemies you can fight Demons, The Alpha Demon, The Bandits, The Bandit Leader Kim and the Cultists of the forest!

The constant risk of losing all your hard-earned gear always keeps you on your toes, so in spite of the middling fidelity and repetitive levels, the slow pace and great sound design just manage to keep you fully engaged in the world, which is not even subtle about its inspirations.

Integrate networking and coop would be nice and would make this a top 10
